This Tasmanian Oak platter is the perfect backdrop for spectacular antipasto / nibble creations.
Decorate the board with your choice of meat, cheese, fresh and dried fruit and nuts. Then add flowers, candles or other creative finishing touches for a presentation "wow" factor.
This platter was designed in consultation with a professional food caterer. The feet on the platter lift the board to display height and the groove around around the outer edge of the board stops nuts and blueberries dropping off the side of the platter. On the underside of the platter a hand groove has been cut to assist you to carry the platter. The size of this board gives you plenty of room to display all kinds of creative food presentations.
This wooden platter is finished with a food safe white mineral oil. To clean the platter, wipe down with warm soapy water. Do not immerse in water.
